Refund Policy
At Grand Bay of the Sea, we aim to provide memorable diving experiences while maintaining fairness in our policies. Please review our refund policy below:
Cancellations by the Customer:
More than 7 days before the scheduled activity (excluding diving courses): Full refund or rescheduling at no additional cost.
7 days to 48 hours before the scheduled activity (excluding diving courses): 50% refund or the option to reschedule.
Less than 48 hours before the scheduled activity: No refund will be issued.
Diving Courses:
Payments for diving courses are non-refundable. Rescheduling may be possible under certain circumstances. Please contact us for more details.
Cancellations by Grand Bay of the Sea:
If we cancel your activity due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, equipment issues), you will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund for eligible activities. This does not apply to diving courses.
Special Considerations:
Refunds for multi-day packages will be prorated based on unused portions of the package (excluding diving courses).
Medical or personal emergencies will be handled on a case-by-case basis, and supporting documentation may be required.
